Hi, I'm Paul Crawford a software professional, writer and entrepreneur from Victoria BC, Canada

I'm currently working with a startup developing with Ruby on Rails and writing this blog.

I'm a passionate software developer and I use this site to share my thoughts and ideas on software, leadership and peopleware.

I'm born and raised here in Victoria, and have worked with several companies here and in Vancouver over the course of my Computer Science degree and few years in the industry.

In my short career I've lead and hired teams, and spent time working in both development and QA roles, and if there is one thing I believe in it's the power of peopleware.

I hope that I can bring some interesting thoughts and observations to the world and business of software development.
